These terms cover your use of Booked. By creating an account you agree to them.
Booked answers calls for your business using an AI receptionist, books appointments into the availability you set, takes messages, and sends you alerts. It works from the information you provide. You are responsible for keeping that information accurate, including services, service area, hours and pricing rules.
Booked costs $79 per month after a 14 day free trial, plus a one-time $15 activation fee charged when you activate, which covers setting up your phone line. The activation fee is non-refundable. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your billing page and keep access until the end of the paid period.
We provide a phone number for your Booked line while your plan is active. If your plan ends, we may release the number. Call forwarding from your own number is set up and controlled by you with your carrier.
Don't use Booked for anything illegal, to make unsolicited calls or texts, to collect sensitive data like payment card numbers over the phone, or in a way that violates call recording or consent laws that apply to you. Booked is not an emergency service and does not replace calling 911.
AI can make mistakes. Booked is provided "as is" and we don't guarantee every call will be answered, understood or booked correctly. Always confirm important details with your customer. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes by email.
