Booked is an AI receptionist for trades and home service businesses. When the owner can't pick up, it answers in the company's name, asks what's going on, gets the caller's name, number and service address, and books the job into the arrival windows the owner sets. The job lands on the owner's phone right after it's booked.
Who it's for
Small shops where the owner is still on the tools: plumbers, HVAC techs, electricians, roofers and a dozen more trades. Usually one to a handful of trucks, the owner's cell is the business line, and there's no one in the office to catch the phone mid-job.
What it does, and what it doesn't
- Answers the calls you forward to it, day or night. You keep your number and forward unanswered calls with one dial code.
- Only offers windows that are still open, and only quotes the prices you give it.
- Flags urgent calls on fixed rules, like a caller describing flooding, no heat or a burning smell, and alerts you right away.
- Takes messages for anything it shouldn't book: jobs outside your area, services you don't list, or callers who want to talk to you.
- Doesn't text your customers, and has no integrations with job software. Booked jobs can show up in your phone's calendar through a private calendar feed.
It's $15 to activate, then $79/mo after 14 days, with no contract.

- Prices are typical ranges or clearly labeled example numbers, never market data we can't back up.
- Licensing, insurance, permits and safety topics describe the general shape and tell you to check your state and local rules.
- No fake reviews, testimonials or statistics.
- Pages are updated when something material changes, and the date at the top says when.
